Most Subculture pieces are made to order. Production usually takes 7 to 14 working days after payment is confirmed and any required measurements are received. Delivery time is separate. Orders within India usually take another 3 to 5 days after dispatch. International orders usually take another 7 to 14 days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Subculture is not a mass-produced brand. Leather harnesses, latex clothing, collars, cuffs, metal pieces, intimate jewellery, and accessories are finished by hand. The production window gives our workshop enough time to cut, assemble, finish, check, pack, and dispatch your piece properly.

Many products can be ordered in different sizes, colours, finishes, or hardware options directly from the product page. For fully custom work, including custom dimensions, special hardware, one-off designs, or styling for shoots and performances, contact us before placing the order.

Order changes and cancellation requests are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order and only if production has not started. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the exact change you need.

Sometimes. If you need something for a shoot, event, trip, performance, or gifting date, contact us before ordering. We will tell you whether an urgent timeline is possible for that specific product.

Use a soft measuring tape and follow the measurement instructions on the product page. Measure your body, not another garment or accessory. For harnesses and collars, neck, chest, waist, shoulder, and thigh measurements may matter depending on the design.

Yes, custom sizing is available for selected products. Custom sizing is useful when your measurements do not match the standard size chart or when you want a closer fit for styling, performance, or comfort.

Made-to-order and custom-sized pieces cannot be returned because of sizing issues. Please measure carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before checkout so we can help you get the fit right.

Yes, Subculture ships worldwide. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country, courier movement, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after the parcel is handed to the courier.

No. For international orders, import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, and any local charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your country and are not controlled by Subculture.

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The outside of the parcel does not describe the contents.

Delays can happen during high demand periods, courier disruptions, holidays, customs checks, or extreme weather. If your order has shipped, use the tracking link first. If tracking has not moved for a while, contact us with your order number.

Most Subculture products are handcrafted, made to order, intimate, custom-sized, or hygiene-sensitive, so returns are generally not accepted. Please read our full Return and Exchange Policy before ordering.

Exchanges are limited and depend on the product category, condition, and reason for the request. Custom, intimate, made-to-order, latex, and play category products are usually not exchangeable.

No. Leather, latex, metal, and other materials can look different across screens, lighting conditions, and production batches. Slight shade, texture, grain, shine, and finish variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing faults.

Subculture works with genuine leather, natural latex, non-corrosive hardware, aluminium, brass, and other materials depending on the product. Product pages mention the main material and finish wherever relevant.

Our leather pieces usually use high-grade genuine leather, including smooth nappa and harness-grade leather sourced from Rajasthan, India. Leather may show natural grain, texture, and slight variation, which is part of the material.

Most latex pieces are made from natural latex in a 0.4 mm thickness unless a product page states otherwise. Latex should be handled carefully and stored away from heat, sunlight, oils, and sharp objects.

Our hardware is selected to be non-corrosive and suitable for wear. Leather and latex are safe for many customers, but sensitivities can vary. If you have a latex allergy, do not order latex products.
