How do I return my order?

Please Note: The return of the product is subject to Custom Made Items or Stock Items or Personal Items. You may not be able to return the Custom made Latex Clothing, while you may be able to return/exchange the stock based other leather accessories. In the scenario of exchangeable/return items, you may reach out to us on Call, Whatsapp, Email or Instagram DM and upon observation from our Internal team, your refund/exchange will be processed further.

Do i have to pay any taxes or shipping on my order?

For the Shipping address based in India, the orders already includes tax and shipping and therefore the customer mustn't pay any extras at any point.

For International Shipping address; All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.For more information please check with your local Customs office. Many locations, most notably the UK, EU, Canada will charge you Tax and Duty on imported leather goods

How long will it take to make and deliver my Order?

We are a made-to-order business.
This means we start hand-making your gear once you have placed an order.

Latex Clothing: takes about 14 business days to make and deliver, once the order is paid for and the measurements have been conveyed from customer's end to us.

Hard Leather Harnesses, Accessories and other items: takes about 14 business days or earlier to make and deliver.

Express Shipping: However we also offer Express Shipping at an extra cost of 500 INR, that may or may not select at the checkout in order to escalate your order and process it within 7 days. The Express Shipping might not work in case of Latex Clothing items.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, you may call, whatsapp or mail us within 24 hours for any changes.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to info@leathersubculture.com and we will contact the shipping company.

Do you have a showroom?

Not at this stage.
We are an online business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

However, we occasionally have pop-ups around the country. You can keep a track on it by following us on Instagram and turn on all notifications for the page.

Do you do Custom design/size?

We do Custom designs which is subjected to acceptance.
We do Custom Size on request.

How can i pay?

We except all domestic debit and credit cards at the checkout via CCAvenue or Razorpay Payment Gateway.

International Cards/Payments: For Internationals Cards or Payments, follow the directions; At the checkout select Razorpay (payment method) < Select PayPal (pay later) < It will redirect you to your Paypal to complete the purchase using paypal, where in you can use any of your cards.
