Cancellation and Refund
Products may only be returned to be fixed in case of manufacturing fault and, only if approved by Subculture. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. In ideal scenarios the product shall be re-corrected and only In some circumstances’ goods may be returned within seven (working) days of delivery date, provided the following conditions apply, upon approval from Subculture:
The return must be approved by Subculture.
Condition may be discussed via email as detailed below within 7 working days of delivery date.
The return must be sent exactly as advised by Subculture.
The product must be new, unused, and with labels and tags intact.
Make sure that the product is returned in its original packaging.
Subculture will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns (excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays).

Cancellation
We have a strict no cancellation policy, however it is subject to change. Subculture is a made to order brand, therefore if any order that is manufactured and prepared cannot be cancelled post order placement particularly in the case of "Express" orders.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Subculture, it’ll take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
