Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

Subculture does not accept returns or exchanges.

Every item in our collection is handcrafted to order — made specifically for you after your payment is received. We do not hold ready stock. Because each piece is created on demand, we are unable to re-stock or re-sell returned items.

Items in our play and toy category are also strictly non-returnable for personal hygiene and safety reasons.

The Exception: Manufacturing Faults

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault — a broken buckle, structural failure, or significant stitching defect — we will take care of it.

Here's what to do:

  1. Email us at info@leathersubculture.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include clear photographs of the fault from multiple angles
  3. Our team will review and respond within 48–72 hours
  4. If the fault is approved, we will repair or remake the item and ship it back to you at no charge

Please note: natural variations in leather grain, shade, or texture are inherent to the material and are not considered manufacturing faults.

Since we cannot accept returns for sizing or preference issues, we strongly recommend:

  • Measuring carefully before ordering — refer to the measurement guide on each product page
  • Contacting us before purchasing if you have any doubts about sizing, colour, or customisation
