Acceptance of orders is subject to availability and logistical presence. The products may not retain the exact original look and colour due to continued usage and cleaning. Subculture does not hold responsibility for that. All refunds will be subject to a 5% card processing fee. As an alternative, the amount can be issued as credit for the online store. Subculture undertakes to provide as accurate and exact service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will be the exact match of the colour of the goods delivered.


All our products are made to order and usually dispatched within 10-14 working days of payment clearance. Should a case of delay arise, we will notify you at the earliest.Logistical or festive delays may account for longer dispatch times. Please note that delays out of unforeseen pandemic or disasters might occur and are beyond our control. We request and appreciate your kind patience in event of any such occurrence
