Made to Order
Every Subculture product is handcrafted to order. Your piece doesn't exist until you place your order — it is made specifically for you by our artisans in India. We do not hold ready stock.
Production Timeline
Please allow the following production time from the date of payment clearance:
- India (Domestic): 7–14 working days to produce, then 3–5 working days to deliver
- International: 10–14 working days to produce, then 7–14 days to deliver (varies by destination)
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. During festive seasons or periods of high demand, production may take slightly longer — we will notify you proactively if this is the case.
Dispatch Notification
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your shipment on the courier's website.
International Orders — Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or clearance.
Colour & Appearance
Leather is a natural material and latex a complex one — shades may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Monitor calibration and photography lighting affect how colours are reproduced. We work to represent our products as accurately as possible, and slight natural variation is not considered a fault.
