Subculture does not hold responsibility for that. All refunds will be subject to a 5% card processing fee. As an alternative, the amount can be issued as credit for the online store. Subculture undertakes to provide as accurate and exact service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. All our products are made to order and are usually dispatched within:

7-14 working days for "DOMESTIC ORDERS" [INDIA] and,
Minimum of 10 and maximum of 14 working days for "INTERNATIONAL ORDERS" ["GLOBAL", except INDIA]

post payment clearance. Should a case of delay arise, we will notify you at the earliest.Logistical or festive delays may account for longer dispatch times.
