Subculture does not hold responsibility for that. All refunds will be subject to a 5% card processing fee. As an alternative, the amount can be issued as credit for the online store. Subculture undertakes to provide as accurate and exact service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will be the exact match of the colour of the goods delivered.

All our products are made to order and are usually dispatched within:

7-14 working days for "DOMESTIC ORDERS" [INDIA] and,
Minimum of 10 and maximum of 14 working days for "INTERNATIONAL ORDERS" ["GLOBAL", except INDIA]

post payment clearance. Should a case of delay arise, we will notify you at the earliest.Logistical or festive delays may account for longer dispatch times.
